They have a strong grip eliminating any frustrations. They are also made in an environmentally friendly manner and are biodegradable. No harmful chemicals are used in the manufacturing of the paper which also ensures it doesn't interfere with any solutions.

You don't need the counter dispenser, but it makes it more convenient and hassle-free. You could also opt for the self-dispensing boxes. When you're done, just throw away the box.

There is no difference. The paper is the same, but the packaging is different for marketing purposes. Fuji Paper can be used for color processing for better grey coverage, in between foils to prevent bleeding and of course it's original use which is for perms.
