Shipping to Canada

Free Shipping on orders of $120 or more

Orders are shipped by Global Post and generally take 6-10 business days.

Subscription Orders 

Subscription orders delivered within the USA have free shipping. Subscription orders delivered to Canada have a flat shipping rate of $22.00 up to orders of $119.99. Subscription orders to Canada that are $120 or more qualify for free shipping.

 

 

We ship all orders by USPS unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped via Standard (Ground) method will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be delivered by US Postal Service.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error.

Our warehouse does not ship orders over the weekends or during holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be received if shipping within the USA. Orders to Canada ship by Global Post and are estimated to take 6-10 business days. We have no control over how long it takes to be delivered once it leaves our warehouse. Please take delays into consideration when needing timely shipments. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Shipments originate from Buena Park, CA 90620. See maps below for approximate transit times via USPS.

Shipping to Canada

We ship by Global Post International Standard to Canadian addresses. To be safe, please allow up to 15 business days for shipments to Canada. Customer is responsible for any customs or duties charges.

Please use a shipping address that is ‘secured’ where your package would not likely be stolen by others. If you are not going to be home during delivery hours, consider using an address where you are most likely to be present during delivery such as your work address. JATAI International is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your door step by delivery men.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from JATAI.net, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to JATAI.net. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. JATAI.net has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. International Shipments

Military APO/FPO and U.S. Territories

We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship expedited service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses.

Most items shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be received within 5 to 7 calendar days. Some orders may take up to 14 days, and sometimes longer depending on world events.

Oversized Packages and Special Circumstances

Please be aware that additional special handling charges may be applied for oversized packages, remote location delivery or high-value orders. We will contact you if your order qualifies for any of the above, and inform you the amount of additional payment that is required. You will be given the option to make payment or cancel your order.
