The 'perm' is reinvented with this modern look. Wavy on top, short on the sides, this is a popular trendy style. Beto uses Fuji End Papers to increase saturation and evenly distribute the liquid throughout the ends of the hair. The papers are strong and won't tear or disintegrate upon use.
