A nail nipper is made to cut very thick toenails that standard nail clippers cannot cut. Perhaps the jaws of the nail clipper do not open wide enough to fit the toenail. A nail nipper would be the best option in this case. Nail nippers are also good for greater steering control. You can make the cut you want at the angle you want. Nail nippers are more powerful than nail clippers. So if you need extra cutting juice, a nail nipper is the way to go!

This is a high-end, all-encompassing kit that contains the tools you need for a great at home manicure and pedicure. It contains a nail nipper which is not found in most of our kits. It also has nostril scissors and a tweezer for facial hair grooming. The tools are top notch, and the kit has a luxurious feel.

According to the TSA website, all items in the kit are acceptable in carry-on bags. Although �nail nippers' cannot be found on the list of items, it is most closely related to �Wrenches/Pliers', �Scissors,' or �Nail Clippers.' Wrenches and pliers are allowed if they are less than 7" and scissors are allowed if the blades are less than 4". Nail clippers are allowed. While the nail nipper should be fine, to be on the safe side place it in a checked bag or leave the nipper out of the kit for carry-on luggage.
