David Reinhold, stylist and co-owner of Bitter Ends, does something a little different with his Focal Point Technique (FPT). In this video he follows the normal process of FPT but takes the mechanics out of it and uses the FPT on the top section of the hair with only the Feather Nape Razor. No scissors, just the razor. He brings the hair to the focal point (front of the head) for a clean look which will grow out nicely in the weeks to come.
