Rocker Shag

This look is what I call a “Rocker Shag”! Using the Feather Styling Razor, I carve out the bangs first (always start with the biggest change to make your client excited!), then bring everything forward and cut.

This is great for wavy hair because when you remove weight in the right places, it allows the waves to breath and get a better shape with more movement. I diffused with a curl serum, and finished with a texturizing powder. I always say, the “messier” and bigger the shag, the better it looks! I really scrunch and fluff it up.
