I used my Feather Texturizing Styling Razor and Feather Styling Razor Standard Blades to create this look which I call the fairy cut. Wispy and whimsical when cutting into the layers, I like to start with small controlled sections.

I take a small triangle section starting top of the head and make my starting guide to my face frame. I pull everything forward and start chipping into the layers connecting my guide on both sides of the head.

Once both sides of the face frame are cut I start connecting the front with the back cutting concave layers. My Feather Texturizing Styling Razor makes it easier to control how much hair I want to take off and what I like to call “decorate“ - removing weight in different areas usually more around the face frame which allows a softer wispier look. The density of the hair is softer on the ends of the layers created by removing excess weight leaving the layers effortlessly whimsical.
