FAQ

The file is made to be longer than normal files so that you can more easily reach your toenails for filing. It has both a curved end and a wide filing end. The smaller curved end is used to shape and smooth out toenail. It can also be used for the corners of the nail. The wider end has muti-directional filing to file across the width of the toenail.

Metal nail files are more durable and will last longer. They are better suited for artificial nails and thicker nails than disposable emery boards. Emery boards are used in nail salons because they are more hygienic. But if it's just for yourself, a metal one is just fine.

Sure. But filing should be reserve for shaping nails and should not be the main tool for significant trimming.
