FAQ

Yes. While we don't have a video to demonstrate this, it's not difficult to use. The dial will adjust to the desired blade exposure. The higher the number, the greater the blade exposure will be on the left side. This results in the lowest blade exposure on the right side. The greater the blade exposure, the shorter the hair will be cut. Run the razor through the hair like a brush in small strokes. It is best to test with the lowest blade exposure as it will leave the hair the longest. You can take more off, but you can't put hair back on.

The plastic guard pattern is different on each side. The left side has a uniform pattern with more opportunity to cut hair. It's more aggressive and will cut off more hair. The left side is good for cutting hair short all over. This can include very short men's cuts like buzz cuts. The right side has larger sections of plastic leaving small gaps where hair is exposed to the blade to get cut. The right side is better for adding texture and not removing a lot of hair. The right or left side can be used to create face framing layers or bangs.

Replace the blades after using both sides of the blade and when the blades have become dull. When you notice the razor starts to tug or snag the hair, it's time to either turn the blade around or replace them.
