"Never received my shears called twice!! I’m still waiting after 3 weeks!!"

USPS says it was delivered 12/2. Unfortunately, once the product leaves our warehouse we have no control over how long it takes to deliver. Due to internal issues with USPS, they have not been 100% reliable in delivering quickly and on time. But as you can see we shipped the day after you ordered so the fault is not on our side.

"I saw the switch blade shears in a video on BTC and had never heard of shears with blades that could be replaced. When I went to the Jatai website, I saw the Kaidens and liked the look of them and they appeared more ergonomic. They happened to be on sale, so I jumped on it.

I received the shears Friday and used them on Monday for the first time. I did 16 haircuts for people who are homeless and the shears didn’t take any getting used to. They cut smoothly and evenly. They felt good in the hand. My hand didn’t get tired. They were easy to clean. I took a backup pair of shears but didn’t need them. I love that when they get dull I can just get new blades vs having to worry about sharpening."

"I purchased the Kaiden shears because I saw the switchblade ones being used on BTC and had never heard of replaceable blades. I went to the Jatai website and the Kaiden shears appeared to be more ergonomic and I liked the look of them. They were on sale, so I jumped on it.

I took them with me to cut hair on Monday. I took a backup pair just in case, but didn’t need them. The Kaidens felt good in the hand, cut smoothly and evenly, were easy to clean, didn’t tire my hand, took no adjusting to. I cut the hair of 16 people who are homeless and had no issues with the shears. I’m looking forward to not having to have them sharpened. I love that I can just get replacement blades."
