Michael Singh, also known as Mike Scissorhands, is a top New York City barber for over 10 years cutting from Chelsea, Soho, Flatiron District, and the Upper and Lower East Side of Manhattan. He presently works at the respected Artisan Barber at their Upper East Side location, and has also worked at other prestigious barber shops such as Fellow Barber and Rudy’s NYC Barbershop.
