He owns a small one chair shop less than 200 square feet on Victoria St. in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. But don’t let this small shop deceive you. Franco has been around for a long time and has mastered his craft. After all, being in the industry for over 50 years he’s had more than a few notches put in his belt. He was around when straight razors were honed and stropped. And he was around when barbering went out of favor. And he’s now around for the resurgence of shaving and barbering.
