For this look, I used both my beloved Feather Styling Razor and Feather Plier Razor to create this design. I used my Feather Plier Razor to cut the sides in diagonal back sections traveling to the back center of the head. I left the nape longer intentionally to give this pixie a mullet vibe. I detailed in the nape with my Feather Styling Razor to free hand a fringe hairline. I set in her fringe/bangs with a baby curtain bang, and connected the crown flowing forward to her bangs. I carved “C” shapes in the sideburns to accentuate her cheek bones with the Feather Styling Razor. I also used this tool to give soft texture to complete the look and details. The theme was a Mini Mullet so using my Feather Styling Razor to create more texture and bring out some movement in the hair with carving and removing weight - aka “putting air in the hair” - was key to this look.
