Order Status - Online
1) You must first Log In.
2) Click on Account Maintenance.
3) Click on 'Order Information'.
For your convenience, JATAI will automatically send you updates regarding the status of your order via email after your purchase.
You can change your 'Account Information' and 'Shipping Information' at your convenience.
Tracking Number
For you convenience, JATAI will send you an email with the tracking number from either UPS or USPS depending on shipping selection as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to update onto the carrier’s website.
Backorder / Out of Stock
In the event an item you purchased is on backorder or out of stock, we will inform you via email or telephone. If your order contains multiple items we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder or cancel the unshipped items. An expected restock date will be provided if available.
